Let's Be Proactive About Our Mental Health

Imagine a world where you were only encouraged to exercise when you were out of shape, but once you were fit, continuing was seen as optional.

 

It’s hard to imagine, right? Yet, society often treats mental health this way, waiting until things feel overwhelming before addressing it.​ Stress, burnout, and anxiety are all too common among students. With the pressure of deciding what to do after graduation and constant social media comparison, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

What if, instead, we approached mental health the same way we approach fitness—something to work on regularly, whether we’re feeling great or having a rough week?

That’s where Mental Fitness comes in. It’s about being proactive with our mental health, building resilience and strength before challenges arise, so we can handle life’s ups and downs with confidence.
